Returns and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply send the un-opened item back within
14 days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund (less the shipping costs). Please ensure however
that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
What do I do if I receive a damaged, expired or incorrect product?
If you receive damaged, expired or incorrect product, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your product via email at email@example.com. Please have your order number from the enclosed invoice available. Products should be inspected immediately once delivered and any problems with damages or expired products need to be called in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange immediate reverse pickup and issue a replacement immediately if the said item is in stock or issue a credit note and refund your amount within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank’s procedures and how quickly they process the credit, after the receipt of defected product.
